Therapeutic. Targeted. Totally tailored.
Because your body deserves more than a generic massage.
Hey there—I’m Kim. I’m a licensed massage therapist with a big heart, deep expertise, and a not-so-secret obsession with helping people actually feel better in their bodies.
I trained at the Therapeutic Body Wellness Massage Program at the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork, Inc., and I’ve been hooked ever since. But this work goes far beyond a diploma for me—it’s personal. I live with fibromyalgia, so I know what it’s like to navigate life with chronic pain that doesn’t always make sense (and doesn’t always show on the outside). Massage therapy changed my life, and now I’m on a mission to help others find that same kind of transformation.
I specialize in results-focused bodywork for people who are tired of short-term relief and want real, lasting change. Whether you’re recovering from injury, living with joint dysfunction, or managing long-term tension and stress, I’ll meet your body where it’s at—with care, curiosity, and a custom plan.
Every session starts with listening—to you, your story, and your body. I take my time to read what your tissues are saying, and then work intentionally with a mix of therapeutic techniques: Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and assisted stretching.
You won’t get a cookie-cutter massage here. What you will get is thoughtful, science-backed, nerdily enthusiastic care aimed at helping you reduce pain, improve function, and feel more like yourself again.
I especially love working with clients who experience chronic pain, including shoulder and neck tension, hip tightness, nerve pain like sciatica, headaches, or injuries that just won’t fully heal. Helping people find relief where they thought there was none? That’s my jam.
When I’m not helping bodies feel better...
You’ll probably find me with my two goofy dogs, Maxx and Charlie (yes, they’re in charge), solving puzzles, geeking out over true crime, singing Karaoke or spending time with my favorite people.
